Countdown to March 30th

In September, 2016, I made a last minute decision to apply to the Peace Corps. A month later, I was accepted as a Nutrition Education and Crops Volunteer, destination: Nepal.

Currently, I am living with my parents in Northern California, enjoying some post-graduation time off and slowly wrangling up items listed on the gigantic Peace Corps packing list.
